| ( ooc: i know this is taking it to the extreme and all, but i'm getting bored with parvati. anyone wanna plot? oh, and this is a private narrative. meaning no one can say "OHMIGOD PARVATI YOU CUT YERSELF?!?!?!111///" )
Parvati walked into the library and looked around. Where's Padma? She said she would meet me here... She looked around, and there she saw Padma. She was sitting at a table, picking at something on her arm. Parvati walked over and sat down across from her. "What's wrong?" she asked. "Why did you want to meet me here?" Padma extended her arm and showed Parvati. "This." she pointed at a very small scar on her arm. "Did a cat scratch you?" Parvati asked, examining the cut. Padma shook her head. "I did that to myself." Parvati looked up at her. "You call that serious, Padma?" she asked her. You haven't even seen what I've done to my arm... my thigh... my stomach.... "Of course it's serious!" Padma whispered. "I'm hurting myself! That's serious, isn't it?" Parvati rolled her eyes and lifted up her sleeves. She revealed to Padma many, many scars, all very deep. There were lines, circles, hearts, and stars. Padma gasped and leaned in closer. She touched some of the scars, which didn't hurt Parvati that much. She was amazed, and yet worried at the same time. "Parvati, this is horrible.." Padma finally said. "You hyprocrite!" Parvati yelled. "You go off and slit your wrists and say that you're soooo cool now! And then I show you my arm and you say it's horrible? I don't want to be cool, Padma, what I am doing isn't cool. Don't try to do it just for attention! It's a serious matter!" Padma stared at her. "I'm.. I'm sorry... I-" "YOU SHOULD BE!" Parvati got up and started walking towards the door. "That little scar... pathetic..." Parvati whispered as she left. | | |
| ( ooc: shit, i'm sorry. i forgot about the dance. just pretend parvati was there. )
Parvati ran into the girls' bathroom and locked the door behind her. She covered her face with her hands and started to sob. How could she? I thought she was my friend! Parvati forced herself to walk over to the sink. She splashed some water on her face and looked at her reflection in the mirror. She nearly screamed when she saw a blonde head appear behind her. She spun around and saw Luna. "Are you alright?" Luna asked her. Parvati shook her head. "No, I'm not." she answered. "What's wrong?" Luna asked. Parvati sniffed. "Lavender, that's what's wrong. You know, I thought she was really my friend! But I guess she isn't." Luna put her hand on Parvati's shoulder. "What did she do?" Parvati looked into Luna's eyes. Should I tell her? Can I trust her? "Well, it all started at the dance..."

( ooc: i'm bored. so i'll just write more. to make things more fun. lavender's rper- please tell me if this is ok with you =) )
Parvati unlocked the bathroom and quickly stepped out. She had no idea where Luna was, so she decided to leave. She walked down the hall, looking down at her feet. She couldn't see where she was going, and she accidently bumped into another student. She dropped her books and so did the other student. Parvati looked up at her, about to scream something at her, until she noticed it was Lavender. "Hey Parvati!" Lavender squealed. She bent down and picked up her books and also some of Parvati's. "Where are you going?" she asked while handing Parvati her books. Parvati grabbed them from her and knelt down to pick up the rest. "Away from you.." she murmured. "What was that?" Lavender asked. Her voice was so squeaky, Parvati thought she was going to explode. She stood up and looked right into Lavender's eyes. "I can see past all of your make-up, Lavender. You're fake. Fake, fake, fake. Everything about you is fake. Your personality, your clothes, even your eye color. I don't know why I ever wanted to be your friend." Parvati spat out. Lavender glared at her, tears forming in her eyes. "What do you mean I'm fake? What did I ever do to you, Parvati?" Lavender asked her. "Don't act like you don't know what's going on, Lavender! Don't act stupid! Oh, I forgot, you are stupid!" Parvati yelled at her. Tears were now rolling down Lavender's cheeks. Parvati pushed Lavender away and started walking. She walked right past her. Without even another glance at her ex-best friend, she walked and she walked until she was out of sight.

The dance. Just lovely. Can't wait. So excited. OhmyGod. But wait! I have no one to go with. I'm all alone. -pretends to cry- I might as well not go. I mean, what's the point? -throws her dress in the corner- The rats can have it. -runs off to the bathroom-

( ooc: do we have a gossip site? if we don't, then someone should make one. )
Parvati walked down the hall. She looked down at her hands and at her newly painted fingernails. She stayed up all night with Lavender the other day, talking about how she felt. She had never felt this way before, and it was odd for her. She'd never been this madly in love before. She'd dated many boys in the past, but she never liked any of them the way she liked this boy. "The way he talks, the way he smiles, the way he walks... it just makes me want to scream. In a good way, I mean. I just feel so happy when I see him." Parvati had told Lavender the night before. "But I think he likes another girl." "Who? Who do you think he likes?" Lavender asked her. "The one that has a major crush on Professor Snape." Parvati confessed to her. Lavender covered her mouth and tried to control her laughter. "It's true. She said how excited she was to see him this year and how she couldn't wait to have her first Potions lesson." Parvati then made kissing noises, which caused Lavender to laugh uncontrollably. Parvati was so caught up in her thoughts that she didn't even notice that she was in the middle of a huge crowd of students. Parvati quickly shook her head and pushed her way through the crowd. Once she was out, she noticed a girl who was lying on the floor. Her books were scattered allover, and she looked like she was unconscious. Parvati quickly dropped her books and ran over to her. She bent down next to her. She tried to pull down her skirt a bit, regretting buying a skirt that was so short. She gently shook the girl, who quickly jumped up and looked into Parvati's eyes. Parvati felt like she was going to throw up once she realized who this girl was. "I'm sorry, do you need something?" Iris asked her. Parvati quickly shook her head and stood up. She straightened out her skirt and quickly ran over to her books and picked them up. She could feel Iris staring at her, and she tried her hardest to ignore her. "Parvati? Can I ask you something?" Iris suddenly yelled out. Parvati paused. She grabbed the rest of her books and stood up. She spun around and faced Iris, waiting for her to ask her the question. Iris slowly stood up. "What do you think of Sean?" she asked. Parvati stared at her. "I think he needs to be sent to St. Mungo's." Parvati lied. She quickly spun around and started walking in the opposite direction. She could hear Iris yell something at her, but she didn't have the time or the patience to listen to her. Just hearing her voice made her want to kill herself. Parvati held her anger in as she walked towards the Gryffindor common room, excited to tell Lavender what has just happened.
